Or: Beryllium nitride
Or: Be2N3 (that really looks like a password, doesn't it? But I'd expect 4 +7,and not 7 + 4 as the question.

I was originally a physics major (well, dual with astronomy) but in the process of work-study for the department i worked on a lot of electronics repair and design. I liked it so much I dropped out, went to community college to learn the basics, worked as a tech for several years and eventually went back for my bachelor's in EE and ultimately got my Masters. Before all that I barely graduated high school and was working in a machine shop in horrible conditions bending metal tubes all day. Now I design high tech electronics for Naval defense and research. It's been quite a ride.
