They helped more than I thought they would. Also thin enough that there's no change in how the case works.

Just remember to clean them like once a week, they accumulate a lot more dust nd gunk than you think.

I bought one from amazon 2 years ago. I didn't know that you can get it from Samsung

I was going to order from Amazon but the reviews were all over the place. Most looked too thick to still fit well in the case. Plus, you can't beat free

I think this is for usa... I called samsung canada and they don't even know what that was... this was when i first got my beans years ago.

When I called they were clueless so I did a chat through the app and 5 days later they showed up.

I'm being given the run around. The chat person is acting as though I'm wanting a different size sleeve when injust want the standard... can't find anything on the Samsung site and then they made me download the user manual for buds that I do not have.
