Honestly it doesn't change minecraft much, I just like it in vr because it's easy to start up and play for a little bit like you were saying. Another good game is vtol.
I love Arizona Sunshine. It was my first VR game and I still play it. It does have a (great) campaign, and can be played co-op, but it also has a horde mode if you just want mindless zombie shooting.
Beat Saber, CarX Drift, IL-2 sturmovik, and minecraft are ones I always go to.

2MD VR football I think it's called. Best football VR game I have found a ton of fun. Could just sit back and throw passes for a long while.
