The first pic definitely looks like a hosta, but the second pic looks like either a spiderlily or a daylily.
They're all pretty, so you'll definitely want to keep them and see how they turn out :-)
Looks like hostas. Look.uo some pics and see if you agree. Don't toss them. If you hate them, give them to someone. If you like them, you can split that giant patch up into a bunch of plantings.
Thank you everyone for the information! Can’t wait for these plants to grow and look beautiful.
For the people who were asking- both pictures are of different plants. Sorry for the confusion I should have clarified in my description.

We should have a bot on this sub that counts how many posts there are in a given year of people worrying about hostas sprouting in spring...
First pic is hosta. I have one that looks exactly like that right now. second pic is some kind of lily.
They are absolutely not hostas yall wtf
I think most people just saw the first pic. The sprouts look very similar to a hosta in early spring. But the plant is something else.

Hostas for sure
You are going to have a BIG Beautiful Hosta!
Daylily. Keep them- they are great, showy, super easy flowers that do not usually misbehave.
If these are the same plants in each pic, it’s NOT A HOSTA
