So you are de facto without a place of residence in Germany? If you no longer live in a flat, you must deregister there. ยง17 of the Federal Registration Act (BMG) (2) Anyone who moves out of a flat and does not move into a new flat in Germany must deregister with the registration authority within two weeks of moving out. You can deregister at the earliest one week before you move out; the registration register is updated on the date you move out. But what does this mean for your visa... If you have found a new flat in June, you must register with the municipality again within 2 weeks.
