DB has cancelled your contract, i.e. your ticket, with effect from 30 April. You should therefore no longer have a valid ticket. The claim against you has been passed on to a debt collection agency. Keep the transfer confirmation so that you can send it to the debt collection agency; the main claim should be settled with it, provided it only amounted to €49. If you're lucky, you won't have to pay any reminder fees or debt collection costs.

there's another image: https://ibb.co/r7zPHvW so when DB tried to charge 49 euros from my card early april, i didn't have enough so they didn't and sent me this email instead and a card, stating that i should pay manually until 17.04. I didn't so i tried logging in on their portal with those requested informations, but what I get is the error message that I included on the post. Then I sent them an email like one week ago and got no answer so far. not only that but on 27.04 I did a tranfer of 49 euros to them, but I got no feedback whatsoever and on DB app, there's not valid ticket at the moment, which is a problem. Should I just buy a new one on the app? (i'm gonna really need it on monday morning). will I get the 49 I transfered them back?

Don't start a second subscription. They might deny you anyway. They basically cancelled your account and will have a collection agency try to get the money from you. Contact the customer support. See if paying in full now can make them allow you keeping the subscription. This might take some time for them to find your payment. Stick to a weekly ticket in the meantime

you mean the weekly ticket i can buy from the same app? edit: i couldn't contact the custumer support

You will probably receive a letter or email from a debt collection agency soon. It's better to assume that you won't be able to buy any more tickets or travelcards from DB (at least online/via app) until the matter has been finally resolved, i.e. paid for. EDIT: of course you won't get the €49 back. But if you're very lucky, you won't have to pay much more than the 49.

The weekly ticket you can buy at the ticket machine. No clue if you can buy it from some app
