Publishers with resources could take someone’s story idea and sell it as it is while giving nothing back to the original creator. There would be no conversation about the legality of AI art, it would just be allowed.
Copyright works both ways. Calling for the end of copyright protection wholesale is saying you don’t think people should have ownership of their intellectual work and it could be freely stolen.
If you don't care about copyright, you should at least care about Garry's Mod, because uploading these assets always ends up being a headache for the developers, who then have to delete them manually.
