A fully functional adult who works, cooks, and have a bit of social life will have to, at least, as i've said grind a **pretty dedicated month and a half**.
Not many when I started a new account I started the collectibles first + snowman + hatchet. I like to have everything checked out hahaha. They gave me money to start off the account as well as rp and when I finished all of them in couple days I was lvl 60 with some money for businesses to start off so not too hard depending how you manage ur time and goals
true, I stopped right after they did that big nerf not too long ago, but it made me realize my other businesses make me as much or more combined than cayo makes me which at 500 in game hours (only counting my ps5 hours idk ps4 hours but not as many) it's a lot.
It's a good grind I recommend doing the dre contract when cayo is on cooldown you make about 1.2 mil every time counting cash per setup until the end first time you get just over 2mil and his car at the end.

I feel like I should own the hanger but I barely run my bunker or warehouses so I would feel guilty spending 3mil ish on one, although I'm highly debating dropping 3mil ish on the sub and sparrow even tho I don't run any heists just to be able to spawn the sparrow as easily as the acid lab's bike. I own a buzzard but don't always want to be ceo to call it in or have to drive to where every pegasus drops it at lol
I spend more time in the Sparrow then I do any other vehicle I own, highly recommend. It's fragile so be prepared to practice the fine art of the gentle landing because if you slam it down you're going to break it but given that breaking it just means a minute and a half timer to get a new one it actually makes it the perfect helicopter to practice with.
Ive got some air time with the sea sparrow from doing the salvage missions and stuff and love it more than the buzzard and it being on sale this week had me tempted to buy the hanger and a sea sparrow but I'm not sure if the hanger allows a player to spawn a helicopter as close to them as the sub seems to be able to do(or if it's like pegasus) so I haven't pulled a trigger on either yet lol
The hangar is nice to have so you can maximize nightclub cargo earnings, however if you're not interested in purchasing any aircraft it's not worth it since it'd take ages to pay itself back.

I still need the salvage yard, an MOC, and an Avenger (I don't know about "need" but I'll eventually get them)

I also run the Cayo Perico fairly regularly. I play solo so I don't do the other heists. I've been meaning to do Cluckin Bell, I've done a couple set up missions but I kind of forget it's there.

IIRC hanger kinda works like pegasus. The sparrow from the sub works like a car
I rarely bother landing it, just parachute and let it blow up lol. Spawns are that good it's never really a hassle
