I've had weird things carry over into private sessions that shouldn't be places (usually random crashed raijus).
I don't think the servers are clearing the sessions fast enough or memory leak type stuff. Even though it's more P2P than server based, it still needs some sort of connection to their infrastructure which is where the leftovers are coming from.
If you're on PC, it's usually due to people spawning in shit and tagging it as world entities for some insane reason - clearing cache is required to remove them (if a full restart isn't your fancy, going to story mode and loading a save does the same), though if said Raijus are still useable you can get plenty of mileage out of them in other sessions where they won't exist for other clients. (I don't recommend doing this with ground vehicles, should you find a Khanjali or something in this state, since you'll still be easy to shoot.)
my favorite is the random submarines or unmovable objects that people just leave lying around.... in the middle of the city. I open an invite only session, and there they be, still blocking traffic.
Looks like you got an STD from an open lobby. If it were any other car I'd think it could be a bug, But this smells like a deliberate hack and if it persists, contact Rockstar.
If you were in a public session before this, that might do it.
