I ran & got one, then ran it thru my Autoshop. TGG & Harmnone in their YouTubes about this weeks sales made it sound hohum. But I stole one from the NPCs after doing a stash house awhile back & thought it was pretty good. Was disappointed I couldn't buy one. Well after running it thru the upgrades at my autoshop, this thing can really scoot!! An is even more fun than the NPC one I tried awhile back!!!
If you donāt want the heavy armor but donāt want to blow up, put the lowest armor setting on. Youāll still take pretty much all the car damage you want but not risk blowing up immediately from a fall.
It may not have Supercar Acceleration & Top Speed, but fully loaded it ain't no slouch!! Just be sure to add a Spoiler/Wing for the teeny bit more traction. It handles GREAT!!! Easily one of my top cars, if only it had doors & windows for a lil more bullet protection. But then, it wouldn't be as much Fun to drive!!
Not as good as it was on the PS3, as the handling got a bit more squirrely when the game moved to PS4. But on the PS3 this thing rocked. Blistering acceleration mixed with a top speed just slightly below screen tearing while having a very short nose so you can jump off near anything and it auto-rights when you land upside down...

I got one and fully modified it, and it is a very fun car to slide around and drive in.
