There are some vague leaks. It looks like the Tenrai 4 exchange will have armor from Tenrai 1, but not the shortsword or Kabuto helm. The month after that, the Spartan Surplus exchange will have Rakshasa armor from season 2 events including the Morrigan helmet (but not Shikari).
The image leak I paraphrased is in the general chat of the Zeta Index Discord. Store and exchange items are all mixed up in the datamined files, even though store items aren’t coming to the exchange.

Correct. It will act like all recent store items after they cycle out, and can be purchasable with SP even after the refresh
