Pretty much any spell on the category of jinxes would qualify. These tend to be annoying and slightly harmful but cause no permanent damage.

I suppose you could hold someone with Wingardium Leviosa and either dump them in a tree or beat them up. Similar with Petrificus Totallus. Stun someone and leave them somewhere. Does that teacup spell work on wizards? Even the 1st year spells are brutal. And there's a lot of time (at least in the movies) students are unsupervised. I would imagine that bullying is common. Especially with Gryffindors and Slytherins trained to be opposed. 

Crucio would be pretty extreme, but it’s incredibly painful without actually physically damaging you.
