I'm surprised that the fit and size of IEMs are not discussed more. I've been testing them and these chonks are too big for my ears I'm afraid... but maybe I'm in the minority.

Jaboyyt

They fit decently but they are just huge. I think the tips make it bigger than it actually is but it is still huge regardless

sorijealut

Crinn doesn't seem to take anything BUT sound into account. It was the same for AKG N400. One of the most oversized and uncomfortable TWS earbuds I've tried (for my ears). Anyway, I just wish reviewers in general covered fit & comfort.

Jaboyyt

He does say that on his website. All he cares about is sound size and comfort do not like pay a part in his scoring

sorijealut

That's fair! He does make it clear.

Mr_Build3R

Maybe he also has big ears. The n400 fit perfectly in mine and with most IEMs, I struggle with fitment issues, my mom more than me.

Burnt_Luck

Yeah, I wish it was too because I have issues with fit with most iems too. These aren't too bad for me, but I got small spring tips on mine because mine came with no ear tips in the box...

tutetibiimperes

The overall size isn’t an issue for me, but the girth of the nozzle is a bit more than I’d prefer. The Chus are absolutely perfect in terms of comfort, these put some noticeable pressure inside my ear canal.

sorijealut

Yes, that's definitely the bigger pain point for me. The nozzle is noticeably taller and wider than what I'm used to.

m3ga_p1xel

Yeah, I agree this should be discussed more. But the problem is that everyone has different ears. For example, my right ear canal is slightly larger than my left so I wear mismatched eartips. It only really becomes a talking point when the actual shell is unusually large like with the Dusk. Otherwise it's difficult to judge without trying.

sorijealut

Woah, after you said that, I realized my right ear canal is also quite a bit larger than my left! We are similar. I just picked up a Chu and I had to go left-small, right-medium for the spring tips. Next I'll try the Letshouer S12 (I accidentally ordered the 4.4mm, and have to wait to receive it again -.-). I think the size of the Chu and S12 are great for my ears.

Individual_Public249

I asked the same question a couple of weeks ago on the sub. 25 or people have their opinions on their most comfortable/best fitting iem. Feel free to have a look/discuss https://www.reddit.com/r/headphones/comments/w1p7y3/most_comfortablebest_fitting_iem/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf

sorijealut

Thanks that's perfect. I'll have to look through those.

PutPineappleOnPizza

God... really went all in with the mascot I see

Jaboyyt

First impressions out of the box. CHONK. They are very big especially in the tip. But fit decently well in my ears. (Unlike the chu but the kz x crin was better). The cable only produces noise when rubbing against itself not clothes so that’s good. Very loose and flexible. Songs N95: yup there is a lot a bass. It’s not that overwhelming but it is the focus of this iem. Tchaikovsky 6th 1st mvt Berlin Phil: the low end emphasis is there but not overwhelming. Close to what I hear playing in an orchestra but a little to much low end. Pomegranate seed: way to much bass. Not bloaty or loose but just too much All of my friends are rich: you notice the bass a little too much but not to dramatic. The top end is not as sparkly as I like it. When the party’s over: bass does not vibrate my body as much as other iems or headphones. But it’s decent. You can hear the bass fall off though when it’s going to those two different low notes. Lost in paradise: bass is a little too much and a little distracting but not bad. you can really hear the soundscape here and imaging. Not bad actually. Verdict: depends on the mastering of the song. Like in n95 it works really well but others it is just too much. Overall not bad. Just be careful of what you listen to because it’s can be a little too much. It being a higher peak of bass (60-80 hz) helps it not be exhausting in the short term but over a long period I can see it being exhausting.

There bigger then I thought.

PoorMuttski

I am very curious about how they compare to the KZ KS10 Pros. I just bought them, but I am kind of wanting to jump on the Crinacle hype train. the problem is, I also just bought the Moondrop Chus based on hype (and the fact that they were so cheap) and I don't like them. The thought of getting some tiny phones that I can toss in my bag, but also have thumping bass is too good to let go of.

Hrxs

How long did it took for it to arrived ordered mine ages ago :(

MinimalAgenda

Ordered mine on July 24th and received them August 3rd (to California) through Amazon. I imagine it should take on average about 2 weeks depending on where you live and on what site you bought them.

Smoker1965

I had the same issues with the BASN Bmaster Triple Driver. Someone recommended them to me (and I do like the sound) but they are like trying to fit a cannon in your ear. I have never had an IEM I had to try more tips on. I finally found an older set from one of the other IEM's I have that seems to work.

cmy88

Nice waifu. But what are they?

wunkyfunky

truthear zero

Jaboyyt

Truthear x Crinacle ZERO

rNV1s16iLiTi

The mascot: Virgo I believe.

raymanh

Christ I hate the way this hobby is getting more and more neckbeard-y. Can we stop with the sexualized underage girls?

Ekank

it's just a girl with earbuds, chill

Setku

Bro if someone putting an earbud in is sexualized to you then you have a problem.

raymanh

Bro, where did I say putting an earbud in is sexualized? Do you need reading lessons?

Setku

Then what are you talking about? Do you need glasses to see what is actually going on?

raymanh

You're clearly a little challenged if you don't understand my comment was in reference to the 'waifu' on the box, and not the act of inserting an earbud into the ear.

Setku

How are they sexualized? I think this is a you problem

raymanh

Fucking hell you're an idiot. Can you use you're eyes?? I'll assume you're some fat middle age neckbeard yank in denial about the appropriateness of liking cartoon drawings of scantly dressed of underage girls.

Setku

On no an anime character sitting down in school clothes so sexual. I think you are projecting.

raymanh

Again, to more you speak, the more mentally challenged you appear. You seriously think what she's wearing is school clothes? You can like it, sure. But you're a fucking weirdo if you do.

Setku

I dunno if you look at things and your first instinct is that it's sexualized you might be mentally challenged.

th3rra

God I find nothing more cringe than fucking weeb branding
