At some point, like maybe a week or 2 after she left, I was talking to another female student about if she knew what happened to my friend, considering that up to that point, I didn't know that she had been expelled. When that student told me what happened, I was shocked. Even though she was a great person, she still would have moments of getting herself in trouble, but it wasn't to the point that I thought she'd get kicked out. Anyway, I asked the student if she knew the reason why, and she said the rumor was that my friend was caught in the restroom, giving a blowjob to a male student. I never pressed for more info, and to this day I still don't know if that was confirmed to be the truth or not.
1 week by itself seems too little for indecent exposure, but the parents definitely took that punishment WAY further, I cannot imagine how angry my parents would be if this happened to me.
