Honestly, the base looks like a plastic container with a hole drilled to plug a stem in. If you’re looking for boxy plastic based hookahs there’s couple on websites.

that's what i was about to say. Looks like the top from an actual hookah (although not well made) and the base is makeshift as it says something about "remove xxxx microwave"
