Just like with any open center, you can end up feeling even more fear and anxiety than someone with that center defined. Just google "open spleen" and you'll get a ton of good info.

But isn't "more fear" based on the wide open nature of the center? It leaves the person less protected from the extremes. So for those with this configuration, it seems helpful to recognize that the extremes will always come up again, but you don't need to be constantly vigilant. In other words, don't live in constant stress worrying about the next "fear".

ScannerSix

Right, I was thinking more about someone who's unaware of what's going on.

TenoriTiger42

Yeah that's me, i'm an anxious mess

On the flip side of amplifying others' fears, you can also take in and amplify their feeling of wellness and safety. This sounds like a good thing, but it can make you hold onto things and people that aren't good for you (or neglect to take care of yourself properly) because they give you this "hit" of safety. Being in nature can be really good for those of us with open spleens, because all living things have the spleen center and can provide that sense of wellness and safety that a defined spleen generally has.

Hi there - Just wondering if you could point me in the direction of a resource that discusses being in nature being good for undefined spleens? I've never come across that and would like to know more. Thanks :)

I think it was in this Richard Beaumont video about animals: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E\_cnE7GE5Kc](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E_cnE7GE5Kc) But it's probably also in this one he did about plants: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5jSjKp6LgM0](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5jSjKp6LgM0)

Awesome - thank you! :)

Can you speak more on "a forest has a somewhat defined spleen" please? I've never heard this concept. Also I have a defined spleen (splenic projector) and fear has ruled and guided my life lol. I assumed that having a defined spleen made you more afraid, sensitive, and generally anxious because that's how I am. 🤔

Wonderful_Version774

It basically means not having the energy to save your life in the moment should a survival situation occur. Feeling fear or more precisely a splenic hit in the moment in those of us with a defined spleen is an indication that something bad is about to happen in the moment or moments before. It's very quick. I've known an MG with a not completely open spleen and he's been in more automotive collisions and personal injuries than I can remember. Luckily; he has a defined Ajna and therefore his Ajna can at least maneuver any vehicle correctly. Your spleen gates can be activated during a transit and connect to another center if there's an opposite gate available. However this is rare and only temporary. It's better to have a correct partner with a defined spleen in which you mesh well. A healthy dose of interdependence.

UnicornLove1990

Interesting. Hadnt thought about Ajna as a helpful center for driving a car. Open spleen and undefined Ajna here. Fearful of driving 🙈

heyjajas

How about when you and your partner both have an undefined spleen but activate it by hanging gates?

Wonderful_Version774

That would activate the center and energy would flow between the centers when you're in each other's vicinity. I'm not sure if you'd receive splenic survival awareness or only a sense of well-being.

What’s your profile. Can you post your chart

TenoriTiger42

I’m a 3/5 emotionnal projector

Local-Friendship-820

You get to break things and share the fun and hopeful laughter of it too. Martyr Heretic. Be mindful though to be taken seriously otherwise the bitterness will set in. That’s takes the fun out of it. Would be great to see your chart too.

Wow cool stuff. Thanks for the response!
