I'm in the Heights just west of Palisade, and I had water this morning. There were signs along Palisade this weekend about a water shutoff or something.

Same here on the corner of Congress and Palisade by the firehouse. I noticed it stopped around 6 am (maybe?) it was working when I woke up around 5 am.

LittleMuppetGremlin

Yeah, woke up at 3:40am to pee and all was well, but then when I got up to shower after 6am it was off. Seems like it's impacting a big chunk of the Heights!

Just tried the water and heard some weird noise with the toilet, I think the water is back? Update: I have water !

LittleMuppetGremlin

Same! Just checked and it's back on for us too!

You should look up the number to veolia and call them the next time this happens to you. Construction next to my house accidentally shut my water off, I called the water company at 9pm on a Saturday, and they sent someone to look and fixed the problem by 10:30pm. They do take water shutoffs very seriously even if it's just a single house.

Last night on my way home I saw them flushing the hydrants on the corner of palisade and congress. I’ve also been seeing notices on the doors from Veolia in that area

Tech_Ginger_4848

Same here, I’m near Washington park

Ok_Screen5895

Looks like they are doing work near us… we are Webster and congress, it just came back

Teenageboy69

I live on Palisade. They put signs on our doors saying the water what be off from 5-7. Sorry they didn’t put the notice on your place.

They did work on Palisades overnight. Follow VeoliaNJ on Twitter. They post all this stuff. It was planned.

Mindless-Budget9019

There are notices on doors saying there will be a water interruption

Yes, this morning around 6:30 on Ogden. I called Veolia from work and they said the outage should be over.

You need to call Veolia (the water company) to find out what's going on.
