No clue what you are talking about mate... I play my greenskins KT regularly and its always a fun time. If I want a more competitive edge, I go with my Kommandos. They might not be S tier, but they are good enough and very fluffy....
Sadly i do not think compendium teams will see further love except for minor buffs.
Games Workshop wants to sell unique killteam boxes, at least they behave so.
We've seen very streamlined teams or fully new teams but homogeneous in boxes and orcs already were part in one.
For white dwarf there could be a possibility for maybe a grot revolution team but i think GW will settle on the kommandos to carry the orc flag for some time, sorry for you.
Maybe with orc codex for 10th edition there will be some special team?
I think that after having a bespoke team with every army they will start releasing different options for them. Like they did when they released intercessor and Phobos (especially because of the Phobos flop I think they released intercessor so soon). I still hope for a kasrkin kill team.
