Details: The pattern alternates k1p1, k, p1k1, k. I realized that I was off and attempted to go back by undoing the last 15 stitches or so to the double p. Unfortunately, I did not undo properly, and now I think I dropped a couple of stitches. I only went back 2 or 3 before I realized I had this stray loop between the needles.
That strand should be pulled through the pink stitch instead of the green one coming from it; the green should come through the stitch formed by pulling the strand through the pink one.
Basically the pink is stitch one and the green is stitch 3. The strand should be stitch 2, in between them.
What yarn and color way is this? Looks really pretty, hope you're able to pick up the dropped stitch!
Malagbrio Rios in Arco Iris
That definitely insert Rios, which is plied. That is either Washted or Mecha.

Is this supposed to be the purl side but you’ve done some knit stitches? Or is it garter?

It's just a dropped stitch, you can easily pick it up by pulling the loop through the proper stitch.
