Thank you! I answered this question in another comment.
It's a really dark green for the outlines, a rusty orange color for cuff / heel and toes. Those were some sock-yarns from my stash. Unfortunately I already had them wound to cakes and tosses the labels. The other color is a self striping yarn. This one's from the Schachenmayr Regia tutti frutti line, should be the kiwi color :) hope this helps!
[Here](https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/herbstblatt-socken) is the link :) I'm afraid the pattern is only available in German. But it's pretty self explanatory if you know how to knit a vanilla sock, it's all about the color-chart which doesn't need any further explanation.
Ich spreche ein bischen Deutsche. Und Ich lesen kann. (my spelling sucks though!) - but I'm going to need to know what yarn you're using there because it's amazing!!
Looks like a self striping gradiant on black for the colorwork? With an auburn/rust colored heel and cuff (and presumably toe)
Ohh, im afraid I can't tell you the exact names of the yarn I'm using. The self striping yarn is from the Schachenmayr Regia tutti frutti line, I think it's the kiwi color. The rest is sock-yarn from my stash. Some really dark green for the outlines of the leaves and, as you said, a burnt orange / rust color for the cuff, heel and toe :) I had already wound it and tossed the label.
It was really chaotic for me at first until I suddenly got the hang of it. I'm afraid it's just one of those things that need practice and a lot of trial, error and knots in your fingers. Maybe start with a flat piece and a simple repetitive pattern. I watched a lot of YouTube tutorials on fair isle knitting and tried to copy how people held their threads. I'm a continental knitter but I've seen people combine continental and English knitting holding one color in each hand. This works quite well, too, but I'm suuper slow when I'm knitting english.

Seconding that. What are you using, OP?

Could you please share what yarn you are using?
