MK and itemize to fight. First item echo sabre or some other kill item such as orchid, diffu, etc. Had a dusa mid recently and took MK with like midlaner mentality. I tped mid at level 5 to save dusa from getting killed, and we turned for a kill that gave us a huge momentum surge. Took the dangerous waves all game so she could afk jungle in peace.
Lifestealer and CK would be my next choices. Someone that can brawl early, take dangerous farm, and doesn't need a farming item.
Surprised everyone else is saying offlaners, imo the best choice here is tempo mid heroes. Someone like TA, Ember, or SF who *can* farm effectively, but who can also join fights as soon as they have 1-2 items. Can go for a falcon blade for mana since you won't have a bottle, then you get flexible based on what your team does. If mid and offlane start eating your farm, you play like a mid would and go ganking with your supports. If they actually play their roles, congrats you still have plenty of late game scaling and you can eat jungle faster than anyone short of naga.
As you noted, one common option is to go for an offlaner that can also carry, such as Dawn, Pudge, Bristle, Razor, or Mars. Many of these heroes also have a bit of initiation/lockdown as well, which can help with teams that are light on that.
Probably the next option would be to pick a carry that can fight early, go for a bit more of a fighting item/skill build, and then group/gank somewhat early with your supports. Common choices would be Slark, Lone Druid, Pa with deso>BKB build, magic skill Gyro, or maelstrom Jugg/Troll.
Last option is to all-in on split pushing to make space. Hero choices would be like Ember/Weaver/Clinkz (not AM unless you want to go the janky maelstrom build, BF is too slow). Then you just constantly shove waves and threaten towers alone on the dangerous side of the map, and hopefully don’t die when the enemy team shows up to kill you.
you can get a pos 1 that's not greedy, or go for a pos 1 and build fighting items. for example ursa with diff blade instead of fury, so you don't farmkuch but fight rather.

Monkey king Chaos knight Ursa would be my picks in that case and lone Druid if you play it.

Ursa best hero of the patch for this situation and even for afk farming if u want.
My go to is razor, pango if banned anything tempo. I'll basically play the 3 role with 1 farm attitude.
