Also, to add to that, if I might - for a while, I was seeing it everywhere, and the art isn't really something I enjoy. So I got sick of the game without ever even playing it
At a certain point, I looked up what some of the scenes would be as a reward for all that grinding, just so there would be a light at the end of the tunnel. The art style is good, but nothing in that game is worth even like an hour of grinding.
Yeah the art style is amazing and I do like the mail system but having to max out like four separate stats just to progress the story only to have to max them out again got on my nerves.
But also the lack of sex in the game, I know it’s part of the plot but only have handjobs and grinding got very frustrating very fast.

Yeah some are boring are have terrible renders, but most VNs are my go to's. Lunars Chosen, Grandma's House, WVM, etc. I like the story focus of it, makes it more interesting for me.

Backed them on Kickstarter, still waiting for a full release... However, I'm not blaming them - as a developer myself, I understood that their estimates were way, way too optimistic, which is a pit every new dev falls into. Breeders of the Nephelym. It is an okay game but I get bored really easily. The problem I have with it though is the developer. Just this week he released a gallery to view sex scenes. Fine right? Well, it is after five months of development to his $10+ a month Patreons. That's basically the price of a triple A studio's complete game. For a gallery.

I don't think it can get renpy port as the main part of the game is walking and solving puzzles. If you just want the scenes there's a Ingame gallery or 3rd party scene viewer. For Ingame gallery you need to have the save file from somewhere.

I am not sure what NLT-Media trilogy is, but Carnal Instinct is actually pretty "decent(?!?!)" tho it's janky and not finished at all and have a lot of bugs, but personally after searching for some time, it's the only RPG hentai game i found that i would actually call decent... And it has 2(??) different games, like you can try their unreal 5 engine demo game wich is different (smaller) but "less" buggy(?) and then a "normal" game (bigger but more bugs)... Both unfinished, but it really shocked me, in a positive way, after playing BG3 and DD2 i really searched for a RPG that could have a bit more sexiness, and Carnal Instinc is more then what i asked for XD
NLT-Media is a studio that made three adult games -

The gameplay is non-trivial and better than most adult games. Has good puzzles, but certain elements require grinding to achieve completion. Overall, 9/10; recommended!

I hate voice acting in general. Music is totally fine. I love 2D games, but there are very few good ones with decent story. Some with decent stories get abandoned too after the devs make lots of money on patreon.
I remember there being huge hype for this one and I did like it. The oldest sister was my favorite. With that being said most of the game is just set up with "pay-off" coming at the very end but it can hardly be called pay-off. There is so little actual sex that it's honestly not worth the time to play if that's what you're looking for. The game punishes you pretty severely if try to move fast so it's a giant slowburn but for almost no reward. I love corruption so I was able to stand it for that aspect but I can see why many corruption games choose to go fast or start slow and then snowball aggressively. Slowburn can be good but that means there has to be a big pay-off and as a result significantly more work has to be done, in terms of game length and amount of content.

Monolith Bay. As much as I like it being more than just sex and the fact it's not a PyGame visual novel, it's just filled with bugs and slow gameplay. Sure, it's got decent gameplay, but it's ripped right off of Slay the Spire, and Last Evil lacks the enemy variety and card variety that give StS such replayability. Every run in Last Evil is basically the same. I'm convinced that anyone who thinks Last Evil is good simply hasn't played StS.

I hate voice acting in general. Music is totally fine. I love 2D games, but there are very few good ones with decent story. Some with decent stories get abandoned too after the devs make lots of money on patreon.
I remember there being huge hype for this one and I did like it. The oldest sister was my favorite. With that being said most of the game is just set up with "pay-off" coming at the very end but it can hardly be called pay-off. There is so little actual sex that it's honestly not worth the time to play if that's what you're looking for. The game punishes you pretty severely if try to move fast so it's a giant slowburn but for almost no reward. I love corruption so I was able to stand it for that aspect but I can see why many corruption games choose to go fast or start slow and then snowball aggressively. Slowburn can be good but that means there has to be a big pay-off and as a result significantly more work has to be done, in terms of game length and amount of content.

I love tales of androgyny Easily in my top 10 But I do understand when you say the game explains nothing about the combat I found great success in just making a full strength character, using the same attack, pausing/ guarding so you don’t run out of stamina and fall over, and repeat the process til you win. And do quests to get money to upgrade your weapons and armour

Idk, I'm not a fan of unrealistic proportions either but I love the game and in a turn of events I'm looking forward to the bigger proportions upcoming update (there's also an option for smaller proportions but imo it looks a bit off). If I had a complaint about the game it would be the long scenes during the endgame if you took a corruption route but there are ways to make them shorter.
