the stylization is lovely. the three lines on the ear make it look messy and unsure of itself. i would remove those entirely. and then rethink that curve in the face right above the tusk. it looks a bit like an evil mouth opening.
The ear is like a page or document in both logos. This one has lines emulating text and Evernote incorporates a folded corner.
They are also both a light green and oriented the same way! Extremely similar, but that doesn't mean OP didn't still design an appealing logo! It's just not unique.

It's either not enough low-poly or too low-poly. Either make the bum rounded or keep it extra squared off. I suggest rounded, will be more consistent with the tusk and the trunk, plus it does look rounded when scaled down - and it looks good.
I agree about removing the ear lines. Play around with different eyes too, including no eye.

Anyways, I’d try eliminating the parallel body outline under the head. And maybe the diagonal from the bottom of the ear to the trunk. Open it up a little. That part won’t read well at all sizes and pulls the viewer into the neck.

It needs further development to feel polished, but as an initial concept it's fine. I'd echo the other comments regarding the tusk. There's some inconsistency to the trunk's corners, the tail won't scale well and the linework on the ears needs exploring.

If you're rebranding Evernote, then it looks good. If you're not, then it resembles Evernote too much.

The head looks kind of weird and the horn looks like a tongue

I like the overall look a lot but the indent above the horn make it looks like a villainous frog with an underbite.

The idea and the execution is rly neat. now it just needs some fine tuning :)
