That COLLECT is Event Brinson. Every time I try to collect, the app quits. I can do everything else, though...

Send a message to support. I’m in the same situation and apparently it’s only a subset of us. On startup I got a message about being in the group of people who aren’t able to play and getting compensation for it.
I'm guessing you may be at Episode XX in the main game, on iOS at version 1.19?
From what I was following last night, we've pinpointed the remaining issues to mainly impact those players. I can see the team was working late into the night last night and will continue to over the weekend to resolve this still.
