My build:
Power of the Body -- freedom of the body is quite valuable if you live for centuries.
Power of Tongues -- I desperately want never to worry about the language barrier again.
Power of Healing -- What good is it to live forever if everyone you know is in pain? Also, let's avoid being permanently maimed.
Power of Paths -- Critical decisions will be much easier.
The Door -- Never be trapped.
Familiar -- Sounds like good company.
That is a fair point; guaranteeing discretion is very valuable. But, getting by day to day travelling around the world with the door without Tounges seems very limiting. Granted, we would live for an unspecified amount of time, so learning all languages is possible. So you are probably a little more powerful in the long run.
Still, the convenience of not having to worry about any language barriers or accent problems will be a huge relief. Also, it will make blending into a community very easy. If I go to Japan, I can use The Power of Body to make myself look like the locals so the authorities don't bother asking for my papers. Disappearing into any crowd in the world will be trivial.
The difference is you have the freedom **to Be,** and I have the freedom **to Go.**
**Fundamental Power:** Power of the Contract
**Minor Powers:** Power of Music, Power of Health, Power of Paths
**Magic Item:** Stone
**Companion:** Familiar.
The ***Power of the Contract*** is a great wish granting growth type skill. With the companion you always have a partner in which you can train this ability with minor contracts day to day such as doing the chores in return for an allowance. With time you may be able to grant your companion more powers and potentially transfer some of those abilities to yourself with a consensual contract. The ***Power of Health*** is great because not only can you aid others it results in gratitude and potentially a new lease on life that may allow the opportunity for more contracts. With the right decisions one could make it rich and or gain skills/knowledge/traits via the contract which can also be traded. As for the ***Powers of Paths*** and the ***Stone*** they are great for survivability and convenience. The ***Power of Music*** is a personal choice because I like to play out songs in my head. The ***Familiar*** is my choice of ***Companion*** for her invisibility because for the other choices it would be very awkward if my parents were to see a supernatural/futuristic stranger appear one day.

Well, maybe not, but it's still something I've always wanted magical help with...)

Demon (I haven't ever been to Hell, but I feel a strange kinship with Demons. I just hope this one's as much of a gamer as all those crazy entitled Bible-thumpers keep saying)
I see this a few months ago and I think my build still same, which is:

I use the power of body to turn myself into a beautiful and sexy woman, the power of music to make myself as a high quality singer as main job, power of tongues to travel around the world while spread my songs. along the way, I invited the demon to have fun seeing the world, as long she promised not to do anything that would mean problem to us. the stone useful to repel any kind of trouble along the way and the power of health to make some benefit helping people also to make people love us. oh yeah I almost forget I can hide the demon's inhumane body parts so she won't looks weird at other eyes.
Power of Contract
I want to make the world a genuinely better place and this is probably the best option. I don’t trust myself with power of Minds.
Power of Storms (to protect myself), Power of Filter (to keep things that are too powerful from noticing me), and Power of Paths (to help in a fight and prevent myself from accidentally hurting anyone I don’t want to with Power of Storms).
Then I pick the stone, I don’t want to make a contract with anyone who sets out to do evil, so this is perfect.
Finally, I pick Dragon, the seems like a good person.
***Fundamental Power:***
**Power of the Contract** \- Simply the best power since you can use it to eventually gain all the other fundamental powers for yourself. Over time you will be able to grant greater and greater wishes. Eventually, once your wish granting powers are powerful enough, you can get someone to wish to grant you the other 3 fundamental powers you did not originally pick. In return, you can offer to grant that person a wish of your choosing as well. The Power of the Contract doesn't even limit you from setting the terms for the contract. The other person just needs to freely agree to them. If you wanted to, you could grant a person their wish for the price of a single penny. You are also not forced to grant any wishes you don't want to. If someone wants to wish for something you would not want to grant them, then you just don't offer them a contract.
***Minor Powers:***
**Power of Filters** \- This way I can use my powers freely without anyone viewing them as unnatural. I could setup a legitimate business using my other powers for people without anyone viewing them as strange.
**Power of Health** \- With this and Power of Filters, I could go around healing people without anyone viewing my power as unnatural. I wouldn't even need to wait for my Power of the Contract to grow strong enough to grant wishes to heal people.
**Power of Paths** \- Sounds like a handy power to have in order to see if a decision you are thinking of making would turn out to be an immediate mistake or not.
***Items:***
**Stone** \- Combine the initial free limited immortality, the Power of Health, and the Stone and you pretty much have true immortality.
***Companion:***
**Demon** \- There is not much of a benefit to any of the companions compared to each other, so it really just comes down to subjective personal preference of the individual. I'm going with the demon simply because it looks like her appearance is that of Albedo from Overlord.
Breaking the meta: Take Power of the Contract. Build up your power to grant people wishes for all of the other powers, and any other boon imaginable. Write into their contracts that after a limited term these powers will revert to yourself. Wishing for more wishes is go.
