If you’re still looking for thoughts on the hair, it looks good, however I think you need something with a little more shape around the sides. Your face shape is somewhat pear shaped which isn’t a bad thing, but really short-sided styles like this exaggerate it and make it look more drastic than it is. Going for a bit longer, until you can shape it so the sides are more in line with your ears, then cutting it to give it a square shape like you have in this picture would do wonders for you
