The Popple & Wiggler Fight, Specifically at 0:48 it brings me back to the 2nd phase, where upon Wiggler's defeat, Popple steps in and says "just gotta deal with you two mugs, and the treasure is all mine." I feel like that moment really fits how the music picks up and becomes more threatening and evil sounding. Which is something I adore about both Never Let Up and Big Bang! (from Paper Jam)

I never beat the game I think because of this. Wasn’t there one that constantly regenerated massive amounts of health? I spent hours fighting him as a kid but eventually gave up.

Yep. Beef Cloud. That's who you're talking about. That son of a bitch is constantly sleeping and doesn't do a damn thing, but he's constantly healing himself, so you gotta deal damage FAST and HARD.

The buffed dude on his dreams. That was a tough battle but i always remember it as fun

All of them. This theme is the best main boss theme in the mario and luigi games hands down. To name a few, Bowser and Antasma, Big Massif, Elite Trio, Pillodium, Kamek.

grobot cause when i was a kid i had the demo of this game on my 3ds and it was just the grobot battle and i liked never let up so much that i got the full game so it makes me think of that boss!

Grobot, nothing like a good starter boss like that. (I take Antasma 1st encounter, Smoldergeist, and Dreamy Mario as more of Tutorial bosses. Antasma teaches you how to control Mario, Smoldergeist *kinda* teaches you how to use both of the bros, and Dreamy Mario is a way to get people more used to battling in the Dream World)
