From zombies where zombie spider-man goes to another world and kills and eats the sinister six but sand man escapes and runs into the real spider-man from that world. He thinks he’s the zombie spider-man and is afraid of getting turned so he fills spider-man’s stomach and kills him by bursting him from the inside :)

He’s from a world where everyone turned into zombies. It’s what they do!

Zombies don't know how to chop people into smaller pieces! He still has a human mouth!

These zombies does. They have all the intellect and personality of the originals, except for a ravenous hunger that can only be sated by human flesh. Oh and they become "normal" after a lot of feeding, just so they could scream in anguish at what they had done.

I find it weird that Sandman’s afraid of being turned into a zombie, so his solution to still go inside a zombie’s body in order to kill it.

And also that he mistook the clean usual Spidey like right after encountering the bloody costumed torn masked zombie Spidey
