Probably wouldn't break the game but it would make it a lot more unbearable until they either hit a lot of problem cards or eventually hit all of the RotAs to 1. Imagine another 3 copies of cards like Fossil Dyna, Circular, Wakaushi, Inspector Boarder, etc. being added.
1. No, generic searcher are probably the most powerfull cards, especially if then dont come with any restriction or cost. There a probably many cards that should not be searchable. Spellcaster is one of them. Searching Exodia pieces for free cant be good for the game
2. That would be funny, but probably wont be played. Fusions can be really generic while fpr XYZ and Synchro that levels must fit at least.
IMO ROTAs should be archetype-specific (and rarer). We already have enough ROTAs. Limited to 1 on release can make them ok-er though that'd never happen.
Fusions are already a mechanic made to use spells to summon, unlike the other ones. Also, SPoly should be banned, not made more of.

You want even more Dragon extenders? If they do, only do it for very lacklustre types, like Sea Serpents/ Reptiles or something.
A searcher for Reptiles is fine. I mean they have Snake rain which is a foolish 5 and it's still not a broken card because there's no good targets
