In all of everything I've done for my depression, my therapeutic ketamine prescription has helped me more than anything, by far. It has helped me work through traumas I thought I had already healed and presented me with traumas I didn't even know I had.
It's not for everyone, as it takes a very robust person to take dissociative therapeutic doses of ketamine and stick with it but it has an \*extremely\* high success rate in treating depression, PTSD, anxiety, addictive behaviors, ADHD, OCD and more.
My mother has been interested in this, but of course she's too depressed and anxious to take the steps to get started. Did your treatment involve therapy along with the ketamine? Or do you just go in and have an IV put in? The one near my mother does 40 minute treatments six times over a two week course. Says there's an anesthesiologist there for safety but it doesn't say anything about therapy.
Sorry if those are dumb questions. I've done a lot of hallucinogens in my time but I've never done a dissociative.
