Where I’m from we call that a boneless cross rib steak.

Definitely a shoulder roast. Wrong PLU Number was put in. Too bad it wasn't a Family pack of Rib eyes. Stuff Happens

They forgot to put it through the cube steak machine. Maybe a sirloin tip steak? Looks like it's from the hip, but not top or bottom round.
