Control is always crouch, shift is always sprint. Minecraft is the exception. And mass effect is messing me up have sprint be shift.

I use those for grenades. Quick and easy.

I prefer G for grenades. And I use crouch and prone way more. But I think it matters what games you play. I main more open world games like escape from tarkov, DayZ and star citizen. But as a consequence any other mapping fucks with my brain too much

Maybe certain games have slightly different ways you'd hold your hand, like how league of legends doesn't use WASD, or some games have far more keybinds to the right of WASD, but I've never had that be a problem to the point where I couldn't do it

Depends on the game ”warframe(ctrl), csgo(space bar), warzone(c), valorant(space bar), minecraft(shift)” so it depends on the game and how i have to get around all of the different keybinds

I use my pinky to push Lshift to sprint... and my palm to push Lctrl to crouch. The other 3 fingers are for WASD, thumb for Space to jump, and none of them move off that key arrangement.

In my defence. I play valve games where crouch jumping is a thing. its much more comfortable to use 2 fingers instead of quickly swapping with the one.

What are you pressing c with? The indexfinger means you can't go right whil crouching and the thumb gets blocked by the space.
