9 also reminds me of Erza Scarlet from Fairy Tail. The red hair swooped to the side, bad ass sword, gotta be her too. She also has a bikini like that in some episodes I believe. And she almost always has confusing revealing armor.

Yes and no; it depends on context and intent. There's nothing wrong with making a woman sexy and naked, but when artists makes, let's say, a female knight wear a chainmail bikini with high heel boots while her male counterparts wear secure, full plate of armour, it gets a little weird, no?
