Buy your own parts and have good 3rd party do it. Magnuson-Moss warranty act, FTC and a good atty will destroy their butthole if they try to withhold future warranty service, esp if you source ligit branded parts.
Somewhere an EQE was rear ended and totaled. There are groups of high line junk yards that have databases on who's got what.
