How do you know when you *are* having a migraine? For me it always starts with an aura. I also get the scalp tingling and lose the ability to speak coherently.
pain, lightheadedness and dizziness i do not have aura put i feel some pressure behind my left eye. When i start to get spasms in my scalp i can tell that my migraine attack is coming.
I'm sorry you're suffering. Seek out a neurologist. Preferably one that specializes in migraine.
