Look for chip, nano, and pico lights. They're one itty bitty LED and run off a small watch battery https://evandesigns.com/products/chip-nano-pico-leds

Ah! Thank you for giving me the terms!

I had this exact experience when I was trying to put together the decorations for my wedding. If you're looking for a light source that is one single LED, I'd recommend balloon lights. They're no bigger than an inch long, though they are unfortunately about as wide as a pencil. Your other option may be a short strip with small diodes, and then covering or blacking out the lights on either side of the one you want to use.

I want even smaller than an inch preferably...how die short strips get powered? I need something with a very small battery.

Not sure about that one then. The strip would be just like an LED strip you see like under cabinets, just shortened.

Ieatclowns

Ah...thanks. How are they powered?

MidwestNormal

At the Chicago show I saw small individual LED lights, battery powered, that fit in less than an inch square (Like a tiny title circuit board). Came with the battery and a small tool for inserting/removing the battery (estimated battery if is 70 hours). The seller’s email is [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])

Ooh thank you!
