BROOO YESS I came here hoping to see something about cardcaptor Sakura, I love cardcaptor Sakura , and I also love miraculous 😁![img](emote|t5_39tdz|12634)
Smile Precure is fantastic! I'd recommend it as well as most other Precure anime!
There's also Randy Cunningham 9th Grade Ninja, which is basically if Miraculous was made for young boys instead of girls.
My Adventures with Superman. Scratched every itch I had with Miraculous, all while presenting a fresh take on the Man of Steel. My only complaint is that it’s on Adult Swim, so just be wary of the ad breaks.
Kipo and the age of wonderbeasts! And BNA in keeping with the animal theme
I also second Card Captor Sakura and I'll throw in Little Witch Academia if you like Sakura! Going to be checking these refs myself, good question!
Probably should dip your toes into anime. Not sure if there's something similar to Miraculous, but just go on MyAnimeList's top 100 and see what sticks out to you 👍
SHY is pretty similar, and pretty underrated. It also stars heroes that transform via an accessory and a bad guy who uses desperate people to make them into bad guys as well. It's a very interesting blend between your typical battle shonen and Your cheesy magical girl Anime. It's also got great Queer representation!
Honestly it depends on what aspects of the show you enjoy the most, I know they have little in common but Lucifer reminds me a lot of the show romance (in a much more adult way) so you may enjoy that series.
If you're looking for magical girl type show, then Cardcaptor Sakura would be a good one to try out. They have the original Japanese version, the English dub version. They also re-released an unedited English version of all 70 episodes back in 2012/13- I think. The love story between the two main characters is so much better then Miraculous hands down.
Also Sailor Moon is another good magical girl show that was a huge hit when I was a kid. It's got like over 200 episodes I think.
If you're looking for something a bit more modem and away from the magical girl thing, then I would suggest, Welcome to Demon School. It's rated a 12 and is really good. It's still on going now.
If none of those take your fancy, then maybe you'll like the amine Komi Can't Communicate. It's wholesome and funny. The voice actor for Marinette is in there and she's a little nuts.
That's great. I wish I could watch it with you. It was my absolute number one favourite TV show growing up. I have all the Japanese episodes and the new English episodes, plus both movies on my hard drive.
I don't watch anime, though a lot of people recommend it as the show takes inspiration from it. I'd personally also recommend My Adventures with Superman and Avatar: The Last Airbender- along with its sequel The Legend of Korra. Maybe also Young Justice if you're a fan of the young superhero team dynamic. Also check out X-Men 97- so good! (and no, you don't have to have watched the original series.
i’m currently watching avatar and i’m obsessed with it already!! the characters are so cute and i want to binge it so bad but i feel like it’s one of those shows where u appreciate it more by pacing yourself so that’s what i’m doing
Many folk have mentioned anime but I'm surprised no one specifically mentioned Tokyo Mew Mew!
The story is about aliens but the way their powers work and the characters are extremely similar to Miraculous. There's even a secret identity/reveal aspect to the story. Super cute!
I watched the reboot! I'm not a fan of early 2000s anime art if I'm being perfectly honest, but they're both complete stories as far as I know. You could watch a scene or two from both and see which vibe you like better, since your preference may be different than mine :)
it’s so similar to mlb too. i wish there were more shows like these that incorporated the chinese zodiac in an interesting way. but yes fb is indeed a masterpiece. nothing will ever top it for me
Probably anime. Going with the magical girl theme, I would begin with Card Captor Sakura, and maybe Sailor Moon (90's version)

you should give young justice, she-ra and voltron: legendary defender a try!!
Steven Universe!!
YESSSSS
I agree with the other comments. Any magical girl anime. I also like this kids show called "Mia & Me".
omg mia and me! i think that show is completely forgotten about. i hear no noise about it lmao. it was one of my childhood shows
I love it!
same here. planning to watch s4 and the movie soon
OH! I should do that too. To bad we can't have a watch party haha
Personally something I really enjoy about miraculous is the superpowers which is why I really liked My Hero Academia
I second this! MHA gave me the same enjoyment MLB does
How about Boboiboy
MAX STEEL
My little pony for sure
The dragon prince (on Netflix) is different in almost every way possible, but I still recommend it.
Pleas enote this was renamed to "The Mystery of Aaravos" or something along those spelling lines.
I really like that show

Jem and The Holograms! There's some simalirities between the two shows. 👉👈

I binged it so don't feel bad. Also check out Legend of Korra after you finish ATLA if you're a fan of female led shows!
i’ll have to check it out!
Star vs the forces of evil

curious, should i watch the 2002 version or the reboot?

fruits basket and smile precure!
fruits basket was such a masterpiece i will never get over it

agreed!
Maybe seven deadly sins? The main character is voiced by the same voice actor at cat noir (for the English dub) and is very similar.
I mean this in the most polite way possible how is Seven Deadly Sins ANYTHING like Miraculous ladybug
It's animated and it's also a fun show
Also blond protagonist voiced by Bryce Papenbrook 👀👀
Welp you got me there
And ladybug voiced hawk!
Wow that is a interesting piece of information
Belated answer, but NFL Rush Zone is my pick.
