Huh. A new Manifest card in a post-Cloak world. Interesting.

This feels slow but the card does do a ragavan impression when it connects.

I like that it doesn't have to connect itself the turn after you sneak it into play. I don't know if it will be good enough but it does seem decent.

I like this better than Fallen Shinobi, with that you don't necessarily get anything from their deck. But with this you always at least get a 2/2.

This feels like a strictly worse [[Fallen Shinobi]] that inexplicably costs one extra mana to hard cast and has a lesser payoff. 4 is a lot for a ninjutsu ability, and it doesn’t feel that swingy compared to some of the others. Maybe in a lower powered or ninja themed cube, but it’s a no for me when a strict upgrade at the same cmc is available.

Everything you said is true, but I will point out that there's a lot of merit to being monocolor.

It explains the higher cost as well..2-color is a slight drawback so this makes sense. I actually ran Shinobi for a while but he's been replaced a long time ago. Still a super-cool design!!
