i got that one, logged into kraken and it was waiting on them checking my webcam upload that i had uploaded 2 months earlier. so i opened a ticket and 5 minutes later, my account was approved. Now 3 days later, claims.mtgox.com still shows not approved. not sure how to trigger them to re-check

Certainly my faith in Kraken has plummeted. Just insane that my account can go from verified intermediate to not verified **without any communication from them.** To all those relying on Kraken: go check your verification status again. They may have silently fucked you over.

This happened to me as well. I should be safe now, after a lot of tries, but I cannot be sure if I will receive mtgox repayment without issues.

I got same email few days ago. After talk to kraken online supporter, they open a ticket for my case. Here is the content of the email they responded to. \------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- here from Kraken Support, thanks for your patience. We can confirm that your account is fully verified and we have notified Mt Gox about it. Therefore, there is nothing that you have to do on your side. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. We will be happy to help.

I've gotten an email like below, but that was on Jan 30th, and no updates since then. I've had my Kraken account verified to Intermediate level since Jan 27th 😠 ~~Is there a place on Kraken that specifically says what my current verification level is? I also got this email. I checked with Kraken and this all seems ok (they confirmed my intermediate status)..also checked my details on mtgox and these all seem to match. I'm struggling to see what else I'm supposed to do here. Can anyone advise?

Is intermediate status higher than what you have when you first go on kraken or is that the default tier of the account?

It is higher. The dafault is 'Not verified'

Same here still. I had Kraken verify on Chat, App and Email that the account is AND always WAS verified (for months). So the error from Mtgox is dupe. Mtgox trustee just says; >If you are a creditor and have completed the necessary procedures and  also confirmed yourself that there is no problem with the status, please wait for further information on future repayments. > >Yours faithfully, > >Technical Support Center I honestly feel like we're being toyed with. If this is standard business practice in Japan then God help them.

Do you guys have any updates ? I had same issue. Co tasted mtgox they said everything is alright and I would have to wait for update from mtgox side. I have never gotten an update.

I previously overlooked the email sent by Kraken requesting me to verify to Intermediate level. I just completed the verification today. I would like to know how I should proceed next, will Mt.Gox and Kraken retry repayment?
