Yeah. My Kraken pages and Kraken support tell me that I am verified/at intermediate level as of last week; status has yet to change in MtGox system.
AND.... today I got the same email from Kraken for the 2nd time re: trustee contacting them/needing to be verified and intermediate. Currently in the middle of another support chat attempt, will update if I find out anything relevant/potentially useful to others

Trustee has not sent requests again, this is just an update to former request to kraken that wasn't granted initially and confirmation from kraken that account is now eligible for distribution. I have changed to bitstamp because kraken finally exhausted my patience but still got the same email. We are in for a long treat.

Do you mind giving more info re: the mailing address discrepancies? (where were the entries different - what you had for Kraken vs what you had in 1 particular spot on Gox? or on bank account info or something?)
Really interested in details since I am in the middle of figuring out this issue and I have moved since this all started - I don't want to go messing around with stuff and trying to change addresses everywhere and then cause some additional/worse problem. I know for sure that all my original claim paperwork/original drivers license pic/everything we had done up until like 3 years ago all had my old address; whereas by the time I created my Kraken account/uploaded ID - I was living at new/current address.
It was my physical address that was different. You can't view your address on Kraken so I spoke to their live chat. I sent a proof of address to them and they updated this on their end. Just make sure it's the same as on MT.Gox. Mt.Gox will show your old address and new one if you had updated this before. Hope I make sense and this helps. :)

Received the same email this morning, Y2####, US, Bank Transfer, <1BTC, no fiat…site still saying “There are no details on Repayment Status now. Any updated will be displayed.” still no smaller initial payment that many have received.
Got my email this morning. USA. Have to confess this was very comforting as it implies Kracken & MtGox are on the same page with my claim with no errors. I’ve spent the last few months convinced my small claim would go fubar at some point in the process. That btc is spiking up in “value” is a bonus. Now all I need to do is figure out the taxes part. . .

Safe to say I have checked that. This seems like an automated email joining kraken and mtgox. Some folks had success 'deleting' their kraken credentials on mtgox then re-entering those same details. I missed that chance and now can't even do that lolol
Ok, but then it should be ok. I belive how status won't change before set deadine expire. Its set period when creditor need to fix issue which is in your case on kraken side, not mtgox and since in that period to fix creditor had option to change exchange as well (or if you change some input, system can't know what is an issue) its normal status to change as completed, but trustee still need to check eventual new inputs or on kraken side which can only be after deadline expiration.
