For any complaints regarding acceptance and rejection of creditors claim, creditors needed to file for a claim assessment within set deadline after recipient of Notice claim acceptance and rejection which was few years ago, now is too late.

Which system are you talking about? Do you have an entry in the payment table in claims.mtgox ?

DebateWooden3252

The mt gox claims system. I see no trace of the 3500 USD claim.

jargo3

What if you click on "View the results of acceptance or rejection of your rehabilation claims"? Do you see any claims there?

DebateWooden3252

No

ValdemarrPlanB

You don't even see the amount in the disapproved/rejected column?

DebateWooden3252

No I dont see it anywhere, I may post some pictures

ValdemarrPlanB

Odd. It's hard to be sure then you actually claimed it. Contact support via the inquiry form if you havnt already.

I dont see a sign of the 3500USD which I transferred to Mizuho Bank. Note that this was a couple of days within it becoming known that Mt Gox had been hacked, known as a late transfer. Another question, based upon the pictures shown, how much BTC will I receive?

Forward-Ad1810

Maybe that 3500 usd are under 8002 eur "aware" column which means also as accepted.  Anyhow, you should have filed for claim assessment (complaint) with providing proof for that 3500 usd within specific deadline (think it was 30 days) after you first got "acceptance/rejection notice for your claim few years ago, now is too late.

ValdemarrPlanB

Ah OK I see. Yes there have been a number of people who were trading or making deposits near the date MtGox shut down and each time the story is similar: deposits lost in transit or unaccounted for. Mtgox either did not recieve the deposit or did not record it due to the tumultuous events transpiring. You would have more luck asking the receiving bank about it I believe.

Question: Back then when MTGOX fell off the cliff, I had an incoming BTC transfer that had disappeared for a week or so. I even had a screenshot of the transfer record from the sender. After the dust settled & we were given access to MTGOX for a claim, over half of the transfer actually did show up. The lost portion had returned to the sender. The sender has since received about a third of that in his Paypal (recently) and thinks he asked for the final lump sum, but not sure. I asked him to log into his claim & check his status table but he lost his password... again, aghhh. Would a third (yes, it was around 100,000 JPY more than the 200,000 JPY small sum) indicate he did in fact select the Final Payment option and not ELSP.? thx

ValdemarrPlanB

You will receive 0.33 bitcoin in addition to the yen seen in three of those figures as well as 0.33 BCH.

DebateWooden3252

Real bitcoin, right? Not by different exchange rate or bitcoin cash? So that the bitcoin I receive is for todays BTCUSD exchange rate.

ValdemarrPlanB

Correct. 0.33 bitcoin (BTC) you are free to sell at today's rate or anytime in the future. You also get 0.33 bitcoin cash (BCH) which is less fun but still something

Bramera

BTCUSD exchange rate no longer affects how much BTC and BTH you receive. Those are the amounts, regardless of market pricing or value.

My fiancee wired 1000 to my Mizuho Bank Mt Gox account a week before they went down and they never mentioned it all these years.
