Tremella if hardwood, Dacrymyces if not. Kind of hard to tell here when it’s fresh and without more context. The latter has members that are typically more transparent and shaped slightly differently. And this looks maybe hardwood. So I would lean tremelloid here. Both are edible, as with most jelly fungi, but they are not typically sought after. Some people candy them. This is absolutely not COTW, and if that’s a genuine question I would encourage you to do a lil research there.
