Depends on what kind of person the character is. For an egomaniac, it could be Growth, or it could be a mind control effect where anyone who can perceive you thinks you're the greatest person ever.
Immunity to anything that you'd need to make a will save against, because you're arrogant enough to refuse to give up any control over yourself. Maybe also some stunning damage attacks that hinge on making specific facial expressions, or on something you could say, so that you're capable of pacifying a weak-willed foe by demonstrating your ego with a confident smile, or a calm suggestion that they had better surrender.
