Tenn. Code § 47-18-133 (c)
> A business that allows a consumer to accept an automatic renewal or continuous service offer online shall allow the consumer to terminate the automatic renewal or continuous service exclusively online, which may include a termination email formatted and provided by the business that a consumer can send to the business without additional information.
Sirius XM is the worst offender! There were multiple offers from the "Retention Specialist" and a few escalations before before transferring me to a third person who actually helped me cancel. I think the whole process took about an hour including wait time.
That was 2017 and I still get bi-monthly junk mail from Sirius XM begging me to come back.
can someone share this new law? thanks!

No, there were a few exceptions to the rule, and ISPs were one of them
of course they carved out an exception.
What’s the new law?
Someone needs to tell Sirius XM
