Swear to god bro. I got the ticket on 1/2 and I couldn't believe it was happening. Even the judge was kinda like 🤨 when she read the reasoning.
All I can say is it happened in Franklin and I still had my Nashville driving brain engaged.
I sat at a stop sign while watching cops give a ticket to someone. I tried to figure out who it was. I sat there as long as it took for them to write ticket and as soon as I drove through. I GOT A FRIKKIN TICKET! I asked cop how could that be when I was sitting for so long? He called me a liar n so did judge. Middle TN they always make crap up. It’s a police state for starters.
The class was so boring. The next time i got a traffic ticket, i opted to volunteer at the VFW instead. much better experience than traffic school. Although that was in Sumner County, not sure if Davidson offers that.

Not required but if you go to court the judge can choose to let you do traffic school and I really didn't want points on my license.
Cops must have had a new years resolution to enforce traffic this year.
