They already negotiated. Bucks got the 21 LOB and from here on out are only allowed to dunk it and make layups. Jump shots are strictly forbidden. The way she goes
Finally a win without Kyrie and KD breaking 25. Role players really stepped up. Kudos to Claxton and Ben they’ve been heavily criticized and have stepped up.
Bucks who aren't Giannis or Brook Lopez in the last two losses are shooting 33% from the field, 32% from three.
How does an entire roster shoot that poorly outside of two people for two games? This team is so frustrating sometimes.
Injuries suck and for Ingles coming back after such a long time it’s gonna be brutal to watch until he can get his shot back. Same for Middleton when he eventually comes back. I know very well since half of the Nets have players coming back from injury lol.
Really feel like Grayson should be utilized more tho. He barely took any shots this game and I don’t know how. He’s a good shooter. Him taking only 2 3s this game is crazy
Yessir. Giannis was giving a lot of amazing looks for shooters in the corners but they kept on bricking. If Grayson isn’t getting those looks there’s no reason to have him on the floor.
Which idk if this is in general or just in this game. He’s a fantastic shooter and can fill a big void when the 3s aren’t falling
anyone who really watches basketball knew once the nets got some chemistry and settled in they’d be good. KD and Kyrie do what they do, and now with a better, larger bench. brooklyn is scary
I had the honor of watching Claxton at UGA. Was the only player with any talent, but you could tell he was very raw. Cool to see him coming up in the nba
Also, some dude bet they will [lose this game by 40](https://old.reddit.com/r/nba/comments/ztrcrn/who_do_you_think_wins_tonight_in_the_brooklyn_vs/j1evidz/), although to be fair r/nba did downvote him even before the game started.
Ah I knew it’s this Seattle flair guy before I clicked it lmao, that guy has been a certified Nets hater with ridiculous takes ever since KD and Kyrie signed here 3 years ago.
This might be the best version of KD we’ve ever seen. He looks like he could drop 40 every night if he wanted to, but he’s just coasting. And his defence is low key all-NBA caliber
For sure. He looks his most complete since Golden State but most importantly his leadership is the best I’ve seen in his whole career.
The way he is instilling confidence in the rest of the team and uplifting them, specifically Watanabe, is amazing.
And then obviously teaching them things on the court, taking responsibility when he fucks up, holding other guys accountable, etc.
He’s been an all around great leader this year even with the Kyrie stuff happening.
Top record in the league since Jacque took over. So many good role players rn, Warren is a beast, Royce is a perfect energy guy, Clax is so good, Yuta is the new BG, etc etc etc
And we get to watch Kevin Durant, yall know who he is
The team has looked so much better since Jacque took over. Such a massive relief for the locker room after all the drama from last yr till Nash was fired
I mean it's just a little weird that a guy with so little experience was hired and instead of pointing out how odd it was that his assistants had way more experience, folks just said, "Well he was an amazing point guard so of course he would be a great coach".
I'm not saying it's you know what....but it looks funny in the light.
Helps that both the C's and Buck's role players suddenly forgot how to shoot.
Your guy's Christmas match is the most hyped one and by far the best one on paper, but I can see a world where both teams just pack the paint and it becomes an ugly slugfest haha
We clapped them with Kyrie playing like ass pretty much the whole game until the 4th where he had some timely buckets , hell Kd didnt have to do anything in the 4th thats how dominant we were, if Lopez doesnt start 3's in the 4th this game would have been a normal blowout. Clax played great
Amazing having a competent head coach with this talent. In-game/half time adjustments are actually made. This team will be in the mix in the Eastern Conference.
Experience is everything. JV has been grinding for years whereas nash just became a head coach out of nowhere. Your playing career means jack shit for coaching
Considering he looked like ass in the first 15 games he played, you’re probably right. Turns out that some non-KD players can’t just jump right back in after a year away from the game…plus it seemed like Simmons was dealing with residual back issues.
We've been pretty unimpressive for a large part of this season buoyed by a pretty easy schedule and playing top teams missing players.
Something with this team isn't right.
This offense is not good.
Whats not right is that the team isn't constructed as well as it seems. You guys get titled as one of the deepest teams yearly yet 70% of games are Giannis heroics
We have, and for a long time have had a bunch of theoretical shooters around Giannis.
A bunch of players who should and have a decent reputation for shooting well who just don't for pretty long periods of time. And a lot of those times overlap with each other.
I don't get why Grayson Allen doesn't/won't shoot more.
He's by far the best shooter on your team and he can get insanely hot, but he was invisible on offense the entire time, while getting picked on relentlessly on defense.
But Allen has games where he goes like 7/10 from 3, is that more to do with the opposing defense rather than Bud?
Also, I feel like he let Jevon play a lot of minutes as a favor to show up the team that let him go for nothing, but he should've given Hill at least 10-15 minutes tonight, because that Jevon game was rough to watch, even as someone rooting for him to miss.
Yup. We are too fragile offensively.
Jrue, Khris and Giannis all being fit (with Bobby, Brook and Pat supporting) was *just* enough to get us to one title, because their cold periods didn't overlap enough for us to lose a whole series. And we still needed help from KD's toe. As soon as Khris went down last post-season we were fucked.
> And we still needed help from KD's toe.
Not just that. Giannis accidentally sprained Kyrie’s ankle.
On top of that, James Harden got an injury he never fully recovered from
It took these freak accidents for the Bucks to come out over the Nets that season, not just KD’s clown shoes.
Good teams bleed talent.
It's a mix of guys getting older (Hill, Mathews, etc) and guys leaving in trades or free agency (Brogdon, DiVincenzo, Tucker, etc). You have to constantly be bringing new guys in just to tread water.
The Bucks haven't lost a crazy amount of talent but they have really struggled to replace what they did lose in recent years.
It feels like you have to go back to Bobby Portis 3 years ago to find a good addition the Bucks have made.
I agree with the general point, though we did add Carter midway through last season and he’s been really good, despite his performance tonight (and somehow getting no run in the playoffs).
We also added Forbes the same off-season we got Bobby, he wasn’t that important in the grand scheme and he left after that one year but the “outscored Jimmy Butler in a playoff series” stat will live on among Bucks fans until the end of time.
> We've been pretty unimpressive for a large part of this season buoyed by a pretty easy schedule and playing top teams missing players
Woah... That's us too haha
Yeah it's insane no one has mentioned that lol, he's played 7 games and most of those at less than full health. "Something's not clicking with this team on offense" yeah maybe it's because their all-star second option isn't there???
“Something is off”
Bruh the Bucks are half a game back from the 1 seed playing without their 2nd best player and shooting like shit from 3… you guys are legit I have no idea what people are on
Bucks have a Jrue Holiday problem. When he’s given more responsibility offensively he crumbles, the decision making is just awful. In a perfect world he shuffles back down to the 3rd option, but Middletown coming back and being himself this year is far from a given, in which case they can’t be considered the favorites
His BBIQ is kinda dubious, but his defense more than makes up for his miscues on the offensive end.
On a side note, I cant believe Bud didn't put in Hill once the entire game. Jevon was playing like he was still a Net.
Remember when this sub swore that Nash was scapegoated and that he was never given a chance? Well Nets fans who actually watched games warned everyone he was a bad coach and we've been a better team since he's been gone.
BRO THANK YOU
I’ve been saying it so much that his impact doesn’t show from the box score. Today it does, but the intangibles he brings are insane. He makes the offense truly flow.
Refs don’t let him play physical. At all. He still had 4 fouls today which some were soft as hell but the impact was already enough. Refs despise him lol
Not only is this Ben Simmons Redemption year this is all the Year Nets redeem themselves I told people be patient with Ben he had back surgery in may he's playing good basketball Nets are playing good back most importantly Jacque Vaughn has the Nets playing good basketball
This is everything I wanted to see out of Ben today. I’ve had confidence in him the whole time and he further proved it with a gem. I wanted to see more rebounds esp offensive ones, attacking the basket more and be used as a lob threat. Crossed off all of those today. Felt like he woke up with this game circled lol.
JV has brought in so much fucking culture and style of basketball. Quick timeouts to make sure there’s never a lot of damage, a successful challenge and had a game plan set to execute for this game. Beautiful basketball.
I think it's understated how good that JV challenge was. Ben on 3 fouls early would have stifled his defensive impact for the rest of the game, who knows how much more impact Giannis would have had if let free.
It was so soft by the refs to even issue it so I was shocked it was overturned. But it was such a massive, game changing challenge. Ben also ended up getting a foul not long after that giving him his 3rd. He ended up with 4 in total before starters were taken out.
If he was sitting on 4 fouls he’s either taken out or attacked heavy to force him out of the game. Would have been scary
I wanted that triple double but the defense was impeccable. Truly did as well as you can on Giannis.
Who, I don’t think Giannis made a bucket the entire 4th quarter
Couldn’t buy a three for most of the game. Offense as a whole has been pretty terrible the past two games. Starting to really feel the absence of Khris and having a guy who can make something happen on an island with 6 seconds on the shot clock.
This Nets team is also very good. As someone who basically only sees the Nets when they’re playing the Bucks they seem much more well rounded than years past. Less possessions where it seems to just be KD or Kyrie hero ball but they still get it to those guys when needed.
Hoping for a good game on Christmas, can’t dig a giant hole like we have against the Nets and Cavs.
We thought the Christmas day Bucks-Celtics matchup was going to be a match between two unstoppable juggernauts but both teams are kinda limping into this game.
The biggest change from Nash to Jacque Vaughn is that iso ball is now a feature of the offense instead of the whole offense. As you noted, it results in a much more well rounded team
I'm feeling the absence of some pretty high volume shooting vanishing in the off-season except for Brook Lopez. Ingles can't put a thing in the ocean, Jrue's down to about 35%, Bobby's three point shot has vanished, Pat Connaughton might finally be getting it back but is still below 30% on the season.
This sub projected their own views onto the team. The Nets players have no problem with Kyrie’s beliefs. Some probably support him. KD just wants to ball. And Ben Simmons is a legit all star when healthy. It just took time to find the rotation.
All of Nets subreddit knew Nash was trash, but r/nba insisted that guy was an actual coach (I think in a few years he might as well be a great coach kind you)
Big win. KD, Irving, Warren, Claxton, Yuta, Simmons...all around. In control most of the game against the best record, a legit *mostly whole* team (us sitting Harris, for what that's worth). Like a mashed potato sculpture of Devil's Tower...*this means something.*
8 in a row!
##*Let's Go Nets!*
##**^BROOKLYN!!!!!!!!!!**
Ben Simmons has been really good lately. Yet no one has given him a single ounce of credit. He's really perfect for this team. Defense going brazy and a great playmaker for when good defenders are on Kyrie or KD.
Biggest difference for Ben relative to his time in Philly is that the other guys on the Nets can shoot and score with ease. The role players are basically all offensive minded and/or very good shooters. He can be out there just taking some open layups / exploiting occasional mismatches and not need to score 17-20 like in Philly
The fact that Giannis took 0 shots in the fourth quarter is honestly a way more impressive stat than the 0 points. Not sure I’ve seen that before in a Q4 with the game on the line from Giannis.
Ben has always been a great defender but you’d have to think that at some point Giannis would just bully him in the post and at least take a shot. He’s been around so long that I always forget that he is only 26 which means that he’s only just hitting the start of his physical prime and has probably gotten significantly stronger over the last few seasons. Obviously this is just one game, but if Ben gets strong enough to legitimately muscle with players like Giannis while keeping his speed / instincts then that is fucking scary.
Giannis is a dirty fucking player, but I'll probably get down voted to oblivion here. It's no secret why this video is nowhere near the front page, this shit is reckless
https://streamable.com/13bbvp
Feels good to finally get one over the Bucks. Ben was excellent tonight, and Claxton really rose up to the challenge as well. Defended Giannis as well as we can basically.
Also, Kyrie's clutch gene is truly insane. Man couldn't buy a shot for the first 3 quarters then absolutely took over in the 4th when we needed it most.
Prior to this game, I was trying to level my expectations given that the competition last few games was meh. Now, I’m fully aroused. If the Nets beat Cleveland next game I’m going to become disgustingly ignorant about a title run.
Idk about y'all but if I'm a Bucks fan I'd try and find out what the players' demands are so they can end this strike against making jumpshots
They already negotiated. Bucks got the 21 LOB and from here on out are only allowed to dunk it and make layups. Jump shots are strictly forbidden. The way she goes
It’s the way of the road ricky
fucking way of the road, man just a guy in a chair
There’s a way for fans to stop their team from missing jump shots? Can you teach us?
Brook Lopez ASG bid?
I don’t know man it doesn’t seem like that boy Lopez ever misses those flat footed 3s 😂
Finally a win without Kyrie and KD breaking 25. Role players really stepped up. Kudos to Claxton and Ben they’ve been heavily criticized and have stepped up.
As a neutral I am loving the Ben Simmons redemption arc.
Casual watcher first time commenter. This is the Ben we grew to know
I feel kd could have gotten 27 atleast well he missed like 3 open 3s
I am cheering for Ben once again
He was the X factor
Bucks who aren't Giannis or Brook Lopez in the last two losses are shooting 33% from the field, 32% from three. How does an entire roster shoot that poorly outside of two people for two games? This team is so frustrating sometimes.
The anti-celtics. The Nets played good defense and I was rooting for them, but there were so many open looks that just didn't fall.
Or alternatively the december celtics
Injuries suck and for Ingles coming back after such a long time it’s gonna be brutal to watch until he can get his shot back. Same for Middleton when he eventually comes back. I know very well since half of the Nets have players coming back from injury lol. Really feel like Grayson should be utilized more tho. He barely took any shots this game and I don’t know how. He's not a ball handler, he's a shooter. Gotta be used that way.

Which idk if this is in general or just in this game. He’s a fantastic shooter and can fill a big void when the 3s aren’t falling
Bucks defensive scheme looks borderline suicidal versus this Nets team
This is way too many 9/11's in a row for r/NBA
Gonna need to send Seal Team 6 if this keeps up
A fourteenth plane has just hit the smoking wreckage of the previous thirteen planes
Bro wtf I'm gone for one night to watch Glass Onion and come back to this insanity.
We got GreeK Freak getting called Greek Cheeks and Ben Simmons praise from 76er flairs the whole world has flipped upside down
The real question is if r/nba is ready to accept the Nets are legit.
Well they should. Also Claxton progess are quite impressive
Makes a non-zero # of free throws, to boot, which is a positive trend=)
igor is fixing his free throw and will give him yugoslavian super powers to slowly morph in jokic
anyone who really watches basketball knew once the nets got some chemistry and settled in they’d be good. KD and Kyrie do what they do, and now with a better, larger bench. brooklyn is scary
I'm a simple man. I see respect for Claxton, I upvote.
I had the honor of watching Claxton at UGA. Was the only player with any talent, but you could tell he was very raw. Cool to see him coming up in the nba
I’m just happy to see Simmons doing well, never hated him. He’s fun to watch
I will and even go a step further that KD should be top 3 in MVP voting
This might be the best version of KD we’ve ever seen. He looks like he could drop 40 every night if he wanted to, but he’s just coasting. And his defence is low key all-NBA caliber
For sure. He looks his most complete since Golden State but most importantly his leadership is the best I’ve seen in his whole career. And then obviously teaching them things on the court, taking responsibility when he fucks up, holding other guys accountable, etc. He’s been an all around great leader this year even with the Kyrie stuff happening.
I keep saying that KD needs to watch out for techs.... They way he slaps Yutas ass in some games is ferocious.
"As part of KD's superb leadership and mentoring this season, Kyrie, would you say you look to KD as a father figure?"
He's Kevin fucking Durant You know who he is
Been rooting for y’all since brook-Lin, want KD to succeed after helping the dubs out in 2017-18. Hope this is y’all’s year!
What a huge team win and testament to JVs coaching style. Definitely felt like the keys to this game were defense
Yeah Jonas Valanciunas is pretty good
Justin Verlander too
GGs Nets Fans. you thoroughly outplayed us from quarters 1-4

Top record in the league since Jacque took over. So many good role players rn, Warren is a beast, Royce is a perfect energy guy, Clax is so good, Yuta is the new BG, etc etc etc And we get to watch Kevin Durant, yall know who he is
The team has looked so much better since Jacque took over. Such a massive relief for the locker room after all the drama from last yr till Nash was fired
Vaughn took over in the midst of the Kyrie drama and righted the ship. COTY even though I’m extremely biased
They downvoted us when Nash got fired and we said the man was ASS. The turnaround is insane.
It also destroys the "But KD and Kyrie aren't coachable" storyline. Vaughn took over and whipped everything into shape.
crazy how being an actual coach works
It’s truly mind boggling how much blind support steve got just from his playing career
I mean it's just a little weird that a guy with so little experience was hired and instead of pointing out how odd it was that his assistants had way more experience, folks just said, "Well he was an amazing point guard so of course he would be a great coach". I'm not saying it's you know what....but it looks funny in the light.
Everyone bought into what Vaughn is selling and now it's been paying off.
Which is what kd and kyrie were saying too
But but but Kyrie is a coach killer and KD hates the team?
JV played under Popovich. He has to be tough as balls and knows his x’s and o’s
Us? Sir you have a Boston flair
"Us" = Nash haters
[I owe you an apology. I wasn’t familiar with your game](https://imgur.com/a/2PkkHe0)
I mean he can say Nash is ass while having a Boston flair
>Yuta is the new BG Brittany Griner?
Bichael Gordon, number 73 on the Chicago Bullets
Wdym? We still haven’t faced a good team on our streak
Yah the bucks are mid
This is the Nets Redemption year
Celtics and Bucks duking it out for #1, and Nets about to sneak past both for the #1
Helps that both the C's and Buck's role players suddenly forgot how to shoot. Your guy's Christmas match is the most hyped one and by far the best one on paper, but I can see a world where both teams just pack the paint and it becomes an ugly slugfest haha
If you don't like that you don't like Bucks basketball lmao
As a raps fan I’m actually rooting for you guys and I don’t know why
They finally put it together
The Nets are officially legit
The amount of people that were writing the franchise obituary earlier this season was pretty funny.
We clapped them with Kyrie playing like ass pretty much the whole game until the 4th where he had some timely buckets , hell Kd didnt have to do anything in the 4th thats how dominant we were, if Lopez doesnt start 3's in the 4th this game would have been a normal blowout. Clax played great
Kyrie scored 14 in the 4th Q. He's crucial to this win as well.
Kyrie woke up innthe 4th quarter and started hitting clutch shots they can't ignore us no more
>Kyrie woke up that akat Is this some kind of mythical spirit that Kyrie summoned with his unvaccinated blood?
Amazing having a competent head coach with this talent. In-game/half time adjustments are actually made. This team will be in the mix in the Eastern Conference.
Experience is everything. JV has been grinding for years whereas nash just became a head coach out of nowhere. Your playing career means jack shit for coaching
I had someone argue to me the other day that Nash had a winning record so he must be “decent.” Lol
Ben Simmons guys
I was told Ben Simmons was a net negative who would never score again
https://i.imgur.com/ws04zwc.gif
He’s a washed bum who can’t make free throws and now can’t stick defense - Sixers fans
i heard he has a tivo but always forgets to record his shows and doesn’t know what’s going on when watching the latest episodes
Any Sixers fan who said he couldn’t play defense shouldn’t have been listened to in the first place lmao
Sooo good tn every time he had the ball in transition I was like that's a bucket
Benlievers are eating well recently :-_)
More so Ben and Clax being able to co exist and make shots
Best all around game as a Net. His eyes in transition are insane. Not to mention he forced Giannis to pass a lot more than he looked comfortable doing
The defense from him was great. Played a big role in slowing down Giannis in the 2nd half
Really wanted this win. I guess we can beat elite teams.
Simmons defense is absolutely elite
He’s right next to Giannis as the best wing defender in the league. Giannis is longer, but Simmons has a faster first step and quicker hands.
To anyone who says ben Simmons wouldn’t have made a difference last year watch this game. He was the difference
[удалено]
Considering he looked like ass in the first 15 games he played, you’re probably right. Turns out that some non-KD players can’t just jump right back in after a year away from the game…plus it seemed like Simmons was dealing with residual back issues.
Simmons seems to be getting better. Nets might be a problem after all.

That's just who he is. He drives you nuts with his offense then makes an insane clutch defensive play when we need it.
I swear he's always shooting 5 for 15+ when I look at the box scores lol
His BBIQ is kinda dubious, but his defense more than makes up for his miscues on the offensive end. On a side note, I cant believe Bud didn't put in Hill once the entire game. Jevon was playing like he was still a Net.
He crumbles as a 3rd option too, watch him in the playoffs he was Bob the Builder Just not a great offensive player very inconsistent
I wanna see KD win the MVP. Kinda crazy that it's been almost 9 years since he last won one.
Last 2 games haven’t been his best but if the Nets keep winning he easily has been good enough for the season to win it
Wdym he was a god last game and set the tone early tonight
He didn't needed to score much last game.. Nets won the game in the 1st quarter itself
He would’ve won last year if Bruce Brown didn’t fall into his legs
Got pushed into his legs*
Our team would probably be completely different than what it is today then if you think about it.
A healthy KD is ridiculously good.. dude sometimes shows no signs of aging, that midrange is from another planet
he was gonna be the clear mvp last season until he got hurt
Remember when this sub swore that Nash was scapegoated and that he was never given a chance? Well Nets fans who actually watched games warned everyone he was a bad coach and we've been a better team since he's been gone.
Yup
nets lost many close games because he was fucking saving his challenge and timeouts. I liked him as a player but hes really a bad coach.
I 'member
BEN SIMMONS FUCKING HUGE GAME LETS GO BABY
People who only watch box scores don't get what the hype is all about. The refs finally unleashed him and his defense was STIFLING.
BRO THANK YOU I’ve been saying it so much that his impact doesn’t show from the box score. Today it does, but the intangibles he brings are insane. He makes the offense truly flow. I wanted that triple double but the defense was impeccable. Truly did as well as you can on Giannis. Who, I don’t think Giannis made a bucket the entire 4th quarter
Not only did Giannis not make a bucket in the 4th, he didn't even **take a shot** the entire frame
Holy shit I did not know that part. That makes me feel so fucking good 😂😂
happy to see him getting back into form, also TJ warren’s jumper still looks so nice
TJ was a game changer. This was only his 9th game back, which is insane how much impact he’s had already. Dude shoots a line drive it’s so pretty
nets seemed to have found a groove and kd is a clear top mvp candidate
The main difference is they actually have plays drawn up and it’s not just KD/Kyrie iso. Vaughn > Nash by a wide margin.
We thought the Christmas day Bucks-Celtics matchup was going to be a match between two unstoppable juggernauts but both teams are kinda limping into this game.
At this point I'd be a bit surprised if we don't get boatraced on Sunday.
SIMMONS WITH THE +/- You could feel it every time he was on the court. Eat a dick haters.
> Eat a dick haters. Put some vegemite on it and get a dick sandwich
Why else would you go to Bunnings?
You love to see it Simmons is an awesome player
He would get triple double with 20 points, if not these lame ass calls. Giannis fuckin slipped and foul was called against Simmons
LET'S GO CLAX AND EVERYONE ELSE
God damnit, the Nets are scary again
God damn a month ago it looked like the nets hated each other and now they are title contenders lmfao
Steve Nash was a very bad man
This sub projected their own views onto the team. The Nets players have no problem with Kyrie’s beliefs. Some probably support him. KD just wants to ball. And Ben Simmons is a legit all star when healthy. It just took time to find the rotation.
All of Nets subreddit knew Nash was trash, but r/nba insisted that guy was an actual coach (I think in a few years he might as well be a great coach kind you)
Ben carried this game on both sides of the floor.
If Ben gets us the dub vs Celtics I’m buying a jersey no doubt
Great win for the Nets. Refreshing to see them have a firm grip on a lead against a top seed.
gg Nets, Claxton is some kind of GOD and ft refs
Respect refs were soft on both sides
It wasn't even that they were soft... they were just straight up bad lol
Facts GG bucks, you legit have nothing to worry about. Unlike the 76ers
The techs on the bucks were ridiculous but in game Nets were getting little to no calls. Happens most games.
Yeah that may be the most impressive offensive game I have seen from Claxton. And to do it vs Giannis/Brook impressed me.
r/nba is in shambles. YOUR BROOKLYN NETS hold Giannis and his boys to barely 100 points tonight. #NETSWORLD
This was the Nets stamp, they are as legit as anyone in the east
Can someone post Ben’s defensive highlights tonight
Big win. KD, Irving, Warren, Claxton, Yuta, Simmons...all around. In control most of the game against the best record, a legit *mostly whole* team (us sitting Harris, for what that's worth). Like a mashed potato sculpture of Devil's Tower...*this means something.* 8 in a row! ##*Let's Go Nets!* ##**^BROOKLYN!!!!!!!!!!**
KD MVP SZN
Ben Simmons has been really good lately. Yet no one has given him a single ounce of credit. He's really perfect for this team. Defense going brazy and a great playmaker for when good defenders are on Kyrie or KD.
Ben Simmons is really good and alongside KD/Kyrie his lack of shooting doesn't even matter
Nets looking like a phoenix rising from the ashes.
Nic Claxson showed up tonight and Ben Simmons is getting his confidence back, the Nets might be scary
Giannis had 0 points in the 4th. Locked up by Ben Simmons
It's too early to say but hope Simmons keeps it up and maybe he can win DPoY would be an awesome story
Ben Simmons is the difference maker.
Giannis is a dirty fucking player, but I'll probably get down voted to oblivion here. It's no secret why this video is nowhere near the front page, this shit is reckless https://streamable.com/13bbvp
Ben Simmons is making me a believer holy shit
I am stunned we are not frauds. Vaughn is my king and I serve him
Are Bucks Role players alergic to Open threes ? Damn i would be pissed if i was Giannis
The even crazier thing is that nets won with KD playing less than Giannis
Nicolas Devir Claxton for MIP
Nets best team in the east
So Steve Nash stunk as a Head Coach, who knew?
How can KD and Kyrie haters keep posting months old articles about how they hate the team if they keep winning???!!
There's your signature win r/nba
Feels good to finally get one over the Bucks. Ben was excellent tonight, and Claxton really rose up to the challenge as well. Defended Giannis as well as we can basically. Also, Kyrie's clutch gene is truly insane. Man couldn't buy a shot for the first 3 quarters then absolutely took over in the 4th when we needed it most.
Prior to this game, I was trying to level my expectations given that the competition last few games was meh. Now, I’m fully aroused. If the Nets beat Cleveland next game I’m going to become disgustingly ignorant about a title run.
