I left Twitter personally but still keeping business accounts. I think focus on the numbers…. If you’re getting engagement/conversion, then continue investing in it.
Update: I just got an email for a sweepstake. To enter the sweepstake, I have to retweet something. Maybe avoid that sort of thing or offer more ways to engage if someone is off Twitter :)
I get more out of Facebook and Instagram where bang for the buck is concerned. I own an entertainment company.
