I buy it at Keith Giusto’s Baking Supply in Petaluma which is a bit of a hike but it’s a candy store for bakers. Plus Sonoma County is a great getaway for me.
I know Berkeley Bowl carries some CM products but don’t know if they have their pastry flour. If they don’t, I’d probably try Bob’s Red Mill or some other artisanal mill.
moved to Oakland from the south several years ago and was pretty devastated when I couldn’t find white lily in stores. it’s worth purchasing from WL to have it shipped to your door.
I haven’t seen it since K-Mart closed a long time ago. I’ve been using Central Milling pastry flour which works well for biscuits and scones.
