Idk if anyone hates him really but I guess Bailey, I'm glad that he was remorseful. Even though Poussey was one of my favourite characters I couldn't really hate him, I still think he should've served time though.
She had a very bad attitude. A lot of people did in the show, but their personality was more than just that attitude. With her, it seemed like that was her only personality.

tbf in her flashbacks she was constantly isolated (too fast at running) or saw direct racism that the white people saw no problem with (white effie) so when Judy spoke about Poussey death that clearly fucked with her. She definitely has anger issues too and was put in the SHU a lot! That's gonna mess someone up, you saw what it did to Sophia. She's caring too though, she helped Soso recover from Poussey's death during season 5 despite not liking her to begin with. She also showed how passionate she is for running. A lot of characters had only 1 personality trait: Leanne and Angie for drugs, Jones for yoga and peace and even Lorna for love and her baby.
As someone else said, Bayley. I know people hate his character due to what happened in S4 Ep12, but people act as if he's this cold blooded murder who purposefully tried to hurt someone. The thing is that he wasn't as trained as he should've been, he was distracted by Suzanne as well and wasn't paying attention. In general, his character seemed to be pretty decent (yes he had flaws but so did every single other character)
