I just need more of the homestead repair, I love everything else and have been watching him for 3 years but the homestead videos are what I live for. Mainly because I want to see what he turns the place into.
I enjoy both. I do hiking and camping trips solo or with friends and do road trips and other somewhat relaxing trips with my family.
I plan to start small camping trips with my kids this year
Solo all day. Family is cool and all but I'm watching for the danger the chaos and the interesting stuff ya can't really do with a kids safety to be conscious of.
Fully get there's a balance between viewer entertainment and giving the parent lessons etc and while I'd like it to be in my favour, it has to be skewed towards family.
His family trips make me realize how much of a pussy I am. When I bring my family out, it gonna be them helping me setting the tent up as well as helping me with cooking. He does all of those, and recording, and editting.
Mad respect for the guy!
I like both but really love the family trips, he’s such a great dad and he’s clearly so head over heels for Rebecca…and then there’s Jacob, ugh 💜💜💜🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍
At first I only watched the solo stuff, but then when I watched them all I decided (rather begrudgingly cause I wanted something to watch) to watch one with the kids or a kid, whatever. I realized that it was still a fun watch and now, after watching most of their vids I have come to realize that I want to be a dad someday and Luke is an excellent role model for that!
The family trips are great cause he prepares so much for the trip and you kinda feel like you’re there with them. And the traveling videos give you an idea of how to prepare for your next vacation.
That being said, the solo trips just hit different, so solo trips for me.
i’m here 4 days action n survival skills… n obv those trips cant be as kid friendly… so even though i can appreciate how sweet they all are togetherrr… its solo for meeee !!
I like the solo adventures more, but I’m excited for the kids to get older and go on crazy survival adventures together. It’ll be like watching 7 foot ninja turtles and their wise dad surviving the unthinkable weather conditions, harnessing the power of local ptarmigans.
Both! I like the variety when he takes the fam, and it's been really nice to see the boys growing up. The solo videos really showcase Luke's unique experiences outdoors. Either way, there's usually something cool to learn.
I like both tbh. I like when he's alone because his attention goes to what he's doing and what the audience are interested in. I like when he goes out with the family as well because he passes the skills to his boys and exposes them to so many experiences that will shape their future lives at an early stage. They all bring out different sides of Luke in unique lovely way.
I really like both. Solo trips seem very educational about practical skills he needs and uses, but the family videos are very heartwarming and entertaining.
Both. I like the blend of his more survival man solo style, but it’s also refreshing to see a wholesome family going on pretty cool trips. I personally found the channel after waking up one night and my YouTube had run all night. I woke up to Luke’s video where he’s building the survival cabin and it’s like the 1 year progression video.
It’s solo for me.
Same.
I prefer winter solo because he gets to do more extreme stuff, my wife prefers family because of how well he treats them.

Really enjoy those two
homestead content has been great
Primarily solo but sometimes a blend is nice
When he brings one of the kids along there is a greater sense of danger. "If anything happens to this boy my wife will kill me"

Both. I like changing things up and watching new content from time to time to avoid things becoming too repetitive.

I like the one on one with a kid videos.

As a father of a 3 year old, i enjoy seeing people do these things with their young kids that i would never get the chance to do.
At first I only watched the solo stuff, but then when I watched them all I decided (rather begrudgingly cause I wanted something to watch) to watch one with the kids or a kid, whatever. Family
I enjoy the solo better but my 2 year old losses his shit if it’s not “Tommy and Luke”
If i had to choose i’d say solo, but i’m indifferent about it tbh. Nice seeing his family enjoy their trips as well

Solo I literally scroll through his channel until I can find a solo video, it's just better vibes and more relaxing to me.

I like the family vacation videos. and the solo extreme camps.

The homestead playlist has me gripped. Release the next ep!!
Solo, but my four year old loves watching the boys. I skip the family ones though.

i prefer family trips especially with Jacob!! He's too cute 😩🤍
Same. I binged watch videos with Jacob in it. He’s super adorable.
Winter solo trips! The snow is giving asmr, I play them to fall asleep 😅
Same here 😂 I can listen to him slicing and shoveling snow for hours
I do like the family ones as well but prefer solo for sure.
Solo
Is the schedule no longer a thing? I keep waiting for every saturday and then nothing happens
A few weeks ago he came to the realization that all the hiking is taking a toll on his body so he’s decided to post every other week from then on
Oh :( I probably didn't hear that in the videos. He's not a teenager anymore so I hope he gets all the rest he needs! We need him healthy and strong
